They were this cheap around xmas for a bit... I needed like... 1 glue stick for my 3D printer but obviously I gonna kick down the extra buck to get 29 more tubes I don't need.

Im in CA and I think its the SD link that shows the message.
I can checkout fine after I click on the 60 pack then click back over to the 30 pack.
