If you're looking for Chinese-made, technically "D2" knives, with plastic handles for $20, sure, it's hard to see the $145 value.

This is a Magnacut blade, American-made, lifetime warranty brand from an extremely reputable brand. If you know what a Kershaw Bel Air is, you know this is a great knife and a good value at $145.

I bought this knife when it first went on sale. It's become my favorite knife. Feels good in hand, solid locking mechanism, good steel, easy to use button.

Very good knife that is worth $145. That said, I don't really see this as much of a deal given that the usual price is ~$160
