i get more than enough fiber in my daily meals

no hydration drink should have fiber in it, period

sodas with fiber are labeled prebiotic and they contain 3-4g of fiber not much more than this

Gatorade and Powerade have always been trash when it comes to the actual electrolytes you are getting
