Thanks, I had the AirPods 4 with ANC but the left one keeps falling off, hopefully the Pro's would fix that, also placed an order for new eartips as I don't know how the refurb ones would come in..., last time I purchased I had a great expereince with this seller.

They've literally been life-changing for me. I have very sensitive ears and haven't been able to enjoy going to the theater my entire life since they always mix the movies too loud. I can put these on and use the passthrough audio, and it's so crystal clear that it sounds like I don't have earbuds in at all, but the volume is always perfect. Also the audio quality and noise canceling is leagues better than my old Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. I can turn on noise blocking during movie trailers with spoilers, and everything goes quiet, even in a booming theater. You will never find a pair of $50 buds that can do what these can.

Not worth more than $50. Basic low quality buds.
Calling these low quality pretty much nukes your opinion on anything. Especially when you're not contrasting them against anything and just providing some edgy low quality comment.
Very likely to be fakes. These were just released, well within apples warranty period. To be discounted this heavily is oddly suspicious. Feedback on the item is low including a one that claimed it was fake. Take caution

Do you think that Apple takes them back and "fixes them"? No they simply give you a replacement during warranty period. The returned ones are sold to third parties who fix them an sell them thru eBay, woot, etc... Remember these things cost Apple pennies on the dollar to make.

I have gotten fakes off eBay before from a reputable seller.
How to ID fakes: Test the ANC. It should clearly kick so much butt that you can barely hear a vent fan or road noise. Mine remove about 90% of outside sound.
Fakes don't have good ANC. The serial number of fakes is basically always valid and has AppleCare.
Make sure you have the right size ear tips in, because if the tips don't seal, ANC won't work.

"Some edgy low quality comment" Perfect description of comment from some typical trolls lol. Well done there!
A lot of us ordered this on cyber Monday from another seller for $150. We got them within a week and they were legit. Find my works with the case and each ear bud. They probably were Costco returns cause they still have 2 year Apple care. I have a $25 eBay promo and with all the discounts it makes this $136.

I got those $150 deal. Legit, worked great. Had a mild scuff on the case but otherwise great. Sound performance not world shattering over the 2's, and the tips aren't hugely different, but could maybe sorta kinda seem like they fit better. 🤷 ♂️
