I had the 2K version for around $260. Very good color quality compare to regular IPS panel. Thinking about returning and getting this one instead

The reviews aren't that great on Amazon, hence possibly the reason this is so cheap. On paper it sounds awesome, but for those many who left 1 or 2 star reviews, there's a good chance of having an issue.

FWIW, there IS a coupon to click for me.

If I don't see a coupon but others do, is it worth asking customer service? Or don't bother?

Most of the negative Amazon reviews seem to be from shipping damage. Acer's packaging is pretty minimal (no plastic screen protector), and this model only started shipping in mid‑August. I ordered one previously and it arrived pristine. It's a gorgeous HDR monitor without the productivity drawbacks of OLED.

Most of the 1-2 star ratings I read had to do with display issues or defective units. 53% of reviews are 3 stars or less. To each their own, but if the monitor was so great, it wouldn't be $337 for a 32" 4K Mini-LED.

UPDATE: Decided to take a chance on a $337 Mini-LED monitor. Can always return if it has issues.

Often the coupons only apply to specific regions. I'm in California

Agreed QC also contributes to the reviews. If you don't want to deal with the panel lottery and a return/exchange that's totally fair. I just don't agree with the "it's cheap so it must be bad" logic. I like mine, and the feedback on Reddit has been very positive too.

I decided to play the 'panel lottery"...we'll see what I get.
