The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington D.C. (excluding residents of MA, MI, and U.S. territories), who are tobacco consumers 21 years of age or older at the time of participation and have a registered username ("Username") and password provided by the sponsor.

The following Rewards Point increments will be awarded during the entire Promotion Period via the Game: 10,200 prizes of 1,000-Rewards Points will be awarded; 5,320 prizes of 2,000-Rewards Points will be awarded; and 3,280 prizes of 3,500-Rewards Points will be awarded. All other Rewards awarded during the Game will be 25 Rewards Points. 25 Rewards Points ARV: $0.05; 1,000 Rewards Points ARV: $2.00 each; 2,000 Rewards Points ARV: $4.00 each; and 3,500 Rewards Points ARV: $7.00 each.
One (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize – $25,000.00, to be awarded to the Grand Prize winner in the form of a check. ARV: $25,000.00.
Limit two (2) Instant Rewards per person/Username per Weekly Period (for a maximum of sixteen (16) Instant Rewards per person throughout the entire Promotion Period). All Instant Rewards recipients remain eligible to win the Sweepstakes Grand Prize.
