You can bother customer service and then they'll tell you to make an order and they will apply a $10 discount. Only after you make the order will they mention it has to be something shipped by Best Buy and other stipulations. I ended up just buying printer paper because everything else is so overpriced.

It does not have to be shipped by Best Buy. I bought printer ink and it was sold & shipped by HP. I'm guessing it depends on the seller.

PC version doesn't get such discounts (still $48 for digital copy but not via BBY).

Had a certificate on mine and wife's account. Work for both $10 digital delivery. Can't beat for $20 for Ps.
