This is the regular price. You can get the 4K ultra HD version for $31 so it was never $40 for this inferior product.

i worked retail for 25 years at Bestbuy, target and circuit city. The price you are looking at is called suggested retail price meaning it's the price that the studio would like them to sell it for.But discount stores like the ones i mentioned can't sell it for that price because there customer are expecting it and be sold at a discounted price.but it's okay for those big box stores because they can make it back off of other products like TVs.But smaller chains like barns and noble only sell books, movies, and music so they have nothing to get the margins back off of that's why they tend to be more expensive.I know this because in the past I have worked in management for those companies and have a business degree in finance. My only problem with people like yourself is that I'm pretty sure you don't how things really work work in sales but you come on and post misinformation.please have your facts together before you post Walmart might not have the service all the time or treat there employees like they should but the are usually have the best prices that's why amazon, bestbuy and other retailers use algorithms to match them in pricing.
