FYI, I had a few poor experiences with VIP Outlet. I ordered a desktop from them then a few days later, they cancelled due to no stock. Ordered another desktop. Cancelled again due to no stock. These were direct purchases on their website.

A week later, I ordered a refurb gaming pc from them on eBay. I actually received something this time. The box wasn't even taped shut when I got it. Inside I found a PC that looked just like what I ordered but it was not the right model. It had a less powerful CPU and GPU. They did accept the return and refunded me after a couple weeks but it was all a pain in the ass.

I gave up and ordered new components to build myself.

I've had great luck with VIP over the years, but have heard that they drop the ball from time to time. This listing being new, I would expect it to arrive in new factory sealed condition.

You don't want the 16L as its oem parts. And the 8400f kinda sucks for 1080p gaming

I've had bad experience with them shipping a completely different tablet model in the correct box. Literally a bait and switch and the return was a hassle on eBay. I know VIP Outlet is owned by Walmart so I feel like these might be returns from Walmart with zero checks on what is inside the packages.

I will never buy from them again. My "refurbished" PC had broken USB ports, dust/dirt inside, case was cracked, and it still had data on the hard drive with a user password. I found some interesting pictures on it when I booted it using a Linux thumb drive.

The one I received was extremely dusty as well. I would bet that someone bought the higher tier spec of that PC I ordered and returned their old one. Both models had the same case so it looks pretty much the same on the outside.

I will say I don't think there is a ton of risk but it can be a pain, particularly with their "refurb" products.

I actually ordered this at $600 and it came brand new. I ordered it in somewhat of a panic as a Christmas present. However, the previous machine I had ordered was a 3050 build for like $450 that was supposedly new open box, and was described as being "brand new and tested" essentially in the description. The machine arrived and the box had clearly been water-logged at some point, but was re-taped. After opening it the computer was not only dusty, disgusting, and missing screws from the case - But the RAM and GPU had been pulled. I waited almost 10 days for a response and never heard back from them. I finally filed a claim with eBay for the return and they waited essentially until the last day to approve it. I did eventually get a refund (again, at nearly the last day they were allowed to) but it was a real PITA since it was a beginner PC for my son. Just a nightmare to deal with them.

Anyone know where to buy the PSU Upgrade? I think there are 500W, 650W and maybe 600W available? I can't tell which ones on eBay are compatible...
