I have one, and I have medium sized hands at best and it's perfect for me and feels great in the wrist.
I may get another for this price. Feels very light but is a very good quality device. If you keep it on the edge of your desk then you will knock it off from time to time tho. All of these verticals nice can tip over easier than a standard mouse.
