I don't own this. I see the appeal for RV and camping situations, but for general cooking, I prefer a heavier steel or iron pan to distribute heat more evenly.

The nondescript "nonstick coating" is my main hangup. Heavy-duty coatings have a track record of being bad for the environment and bad for health.

I've bought from this brand before. We love the detachable handles, but the nonstick burns easily and the anodizing on the aluminum in the bottom started coming off and staining things.
