A gateway laptop already is a gateway to hell....and this is a 'Refurb'....the new only will last 9-12 months if you are lucky...this one is even shorter & is why its a refurb...this piece of junk should not be sold at all...unfortunately most folks like me give up on fighting back & they continue cheating people...

My mom bought me a Gateway computer in 1999, when I was in high school. It was a good computer and handled AOL online very well. But I've heard they've switched hands and aren't the same company they once were.

Just a heads up, the thumbnail shows wrong laptop. The GWNR5L1746-SL has a number pad and is not TenKeyLess (TKL). This matters to some people's purchasing decisions.
