As a protein powder no. As a general nutritional supplement it's fine. 60% (this) is mediocre, 70% ok, 80% good.

Depends on context IMO.... if your bulking or cutting, rare treat or daily staple, etc

Price not worth it for my blood though...it sucks that im mentally anchored to prices from when 10lbs bags were like 55 lol
