For people who are gluten free/celiac, the grains cup can save a ton of money. I've made a ton of gluten free flour by grinding brown rice, oats, and then mixing in some tapioca flour. Great white flour replacement and ends up being 1/3 to 1/4 of the price of buying gluten free flour.
