Got these in a previous deal for the same price. The build quality is plastic-y toy-like with noticeable gaps where things come together. However it's still reasonably solid and gets hot very quickly even on the low setting. The only thing is the heat is not consistent, it goes from hot to lukewarm, to hot again. Not sure if it's just me, not a deal breaker. The dual-side heating is a big plus.

I had the same concern with the heat but mine went from warm to cold as if it was off. Now it doesn't heat up on cold. Had it for a few days and returned it. I would prefer a steady on instead of a cycle.

One of them didn't work and didn't charge. The other one works fine. The level 3 is too hot to hold without gloves on. They are very small (smaller than Roku remote).
