I have recently bought this basic model and its a great tool for my needs. This can be used as quick cardio or HIIT machine. Can really pump up your heart rate within a few minutes. Also great tool for the deepest stretches in your arms. back and legs. I lift heavy at the gym and I can still benefit greatly from this machine. It folds into compact shape and easy to put away or unfold for use. Dont buy the model that uses hydraulic resistance (like the PRO one) - it sucks, buy one like this OG that has a free movement and uses resistance bands, it provides much more natural feel and flow of the exercise.
