Mine died in 8 months, but had a good experience with support. They needed a video of it not working, which I submitted, and they sent a whole new replacement package.

Is this a $12 sonicare?? Even if it lasted 6 months and I had to buy another one it would cost me less than sonicare + brushes...

Even if it lasts 5 months, $12 for this. Seems like a good deal.

These are great, surprisingly better than my top of the line oral b electric brushes. Ended up buying one for every family member and buying another for when the batteries eventually die.

One of the two that I bought for the kids died within 6 months... sent an email to customer service and they replied the next with a request to send in a few pictures and videos... amazon account refunded within a few days. Wasn't too painful of a warranty process.

Bought a few of these for the kids a year or so ago. They're still going strong.
