They are! I wear them all day in the office and listen to music on them. Definitely do the hearing test to make your own sound profile, the headphones shine after that once it knows what you can and cannot properly hear.
Over your headphones are getting crazy and expensive. Tozo and baseaus have stuff with LDAQ and multi point that's occasionally on sale for like 30 20 bucks.

My wife has these and likes them. They are comfy but the mic on phone calls is a touch muffled. It's not bad but I have hearing problems so I need something crystal clear.
I have their cheapest CMF earbuds that i got for $20. Those are my favorite ear buds I have used. I have Samsung Buds 3 Pro, AirPods, and many other cheap to expensive brands. The features for $20 are outstanding and they just work. First time turning them on they pop up on your windows and android devices and ask to connect. The dual connection is great for me at work. And the noise cancelling is pretty good. The audio is good enough as well.
I now want a pair of headphones now, though I dont want to spend $80 at the moment though. I bet these are great based on my experience.
