Personally, I would shy away from these sub-100 benches.I don't know about this bench specifically. But I made this mistake once. They don't last, and doing anything slightly over 100 on them just feels sketchy AF. If it were me, I'd spend the extra cash and get either RITFit or Keppi. They break the $300 mark, but at least you know they fall over on you mid-press.

If you're doing light weight dumbell presses you'll probably be fine. If you're a new year resolutioner and just starting, skip the bench and buy a couple of cheap dumbells, come back to the bench if you stick with it.

It's very small. It's 12" off the ground. Better for a child or smaller female.

720mm back means your head will be hanging off of this thing, zero support. That's a tiny man photoshopped onto that bench. I have a similar cheap bench. I'm lurking in these pages as I need a new, adult size bench.

According to Amazon's Price Check, this bench was ~$87 in Oct. I would like it for that price but not for over $100. I will say that when you look at the quality, it is clear that it's better than this $60 bench.

Bought a similar bench for around this price. They are totally worth it - add a set of dumbbells and a yoga mat and you have a great small footprint "home gym" alternative to a gym membership.

50 per hand might be medium weight in the total scheme of long time heavy lifters, but there's a lot of people who could train well for years and still be under that. Small framed folks, elderly, etc.

Where does it say 12" off the ground? Could you be referring to the folded dimension (12") or the width (13")?

Watch video for idea of size. It looks small against the dude and his head hangs off the end.
Of course, choose based on your own needs and size! 😊👍🏻

I hope I can turn into that man in the picture!
You mean the totally ripped guy with knees that look almost, but not quite, like actual human knees?

Better off spending a little more for something sturdier.
