Does anyone know if you can hack this deal by returning both batteries?

Highly rated by Torque Test Channel as good bang for buck. The Milwaukee 6 1/2 was higher but costs more

This also isn't the same saw. The one linked in this post is the Brushless subcompact. The one you linked is a brushed motor I believe. 3700 RPM vs 5000 RPM in this post.

I bought their $229 brushless hammer drill with impact drive and got a free oscillating tool. I registered the LSA the day I received the tools. It took them weeks to review the LSA registration. They could not verify the receipt despite me uploading it. They did not notify me that they could not verify the receipt either. If I didn't check back within the 90 day window which I normally won't have if I am not notified of any problems. I had a hunch and checked back, low and behold, I only have 45 days left to correct the problem that they never reached out to me about.
If you guys are buying Rigid for the LSA, make sure you stay on top of it and check regularly until the LSA is approved. If you guys don't care about LSA, then buy a brand that does not rely on offering an LSA to sell tools.
