Worst system I've owned from them. Have had 6 probes die, which they've always been hassle free to replace. Battery life was never very good on it either, I absolutely love their RFX system over this and would recommend that instead.

I have had an issue with a probe, but they were quick to replace it and haven't had an issue since. And since I used the Billows which requires power, battery life is never really an issue. But I do use it occasionally for cooks on my WSK, and battery life has not been an issue.
