This 192Wh LiFePO4 power station sits between a big USB power bank and a full solar generator, with a carry handle, 12V barrel output, and enough capacity for light outage use like a CPAP, Steam Deck, or a small 12V fridge. The standout features are dual 140W USB C fast charging, 200W total output, and solar input up to 140W, plus a pop up top light. It is lighter than a similar Anker model at about 4.2 pounds. The main caveats are that some devices need extra adapters, the display can shut off, and the runtime is modest for heavier loads.

I almost missed this, you will need a USB to 24VDC adapter for the CPAP machine.
I'm gonna try this one:

Grok thinks this will run my Resmed AirCurve 10 ST for 10+ hours with the heater turned off. But only 3-5 hours with the heater turned on. I am going to tape a note to this unit to remind to turn off the heater and I ordered two power stations!
I already have a gas generator to recharge the power station.

For me, I'd still go with it at $150 - free 100W charger, 288Wh vs 192Wh, and max 300W output vs 140W. It is larger, but the difference seems smaller in person than the dimensions suggest.

Since these power banks all seem to be the newer lifepo4 batteries at this point a knockoff doesn't seem quite so risky. If it was traditional lithium ion that would definitely be a deal breaker in my opinion.

Now that you mention it the 548 is available used like new from Anker's amazon storefront for $70. I'd go that route all day long
