Don't fall for this. I went through with the previous promotion and my rebate was denied. Called customer service, they tried to claim that I selected the wrong plan. Apparently this has happened to multiple other people.

This is a good option to disconnect your wired internet for few months and re-join them as a new customer. If your wired internet bill is going up up and up, try this option and switch back in ~3 months as a new customer.

Agreed, they kept saying the same. After a year of back and forth, they compensate me minus the previous refund for a lost month of service.

If any of you have an Aadvantage card, you should see an offer several thousand miles, I think mine was 6500 miles. Use Aadvantage eshopping.

I had a similar experience. Signed up with the $300 Costco giftcard offer but only received a $100 giftcard after calling TMobile support. They said I'd have to upgrade to a higher level of internet to get a $300 giftcard which was never mentioned when I signed up. A classic bait and switch.

i have 3 separate rely plans, two of them I got the $200 mastercard, the 3rd was rejected for no reason. I did the same process on each one of them. t-mobile was no help. i just blew it off but seems there may be some type of limit on how many you can get the rebate on.

I followed the link to the website where I entered my address 3 different times. Each time I received an error message and told to call their special 800 number. Maybe it's just me but in the last few years I have noticed an over whelming number of companies web sites with software problems. Banks, utilities and so many more. I don't know if it is due to outsourcing, extreme cost cutting, trying to do everything or what.

So if I have the capital 1 offer this can be a money maker right? Which plan is best for that the 50 or 70? I'm assuming someone here has already done the math?

Anyone use this with having smart cameras (security system) in the house too? Can it handle the upload and download?

I'm experiencing the same issue. I'm receiving the error message and the customer service number. Last month, when I checked my address, I found that the 5G internet service wasn't available to me.

Was a customer for 24 years internet gets throttled, cancelled service (45 minutes) found out 40 days later they never did spent another 90 minutes with supervisor now to cancel will see. Oh yeah after I cancelled first time they raised my rates and charged me a late fee my bill was paid in full but they kept billing me.

Their 5G internet is TERRIBLE for gaming. It literally bricks the router and barely gets any speed to the PS5 in particular.

I never received my 300 card in the mail after signing up for this promotion last year in August.

I'm going to cancel my home internet subscription.

We just had our internet provider (Lumos) bought out by T-Mobile so unfortunately I am now a customer. They are offering a local deal for new subscribers for $55/mo for 1 Gig and a $200 gift card. Anyone tried getting these offers to apply as a current customer? They are charging me $100/mo right now. Been about 4 months since they bought out Lumos. Thanks!
