$80 for this subcompact impact kit, w/ 2 batteries....and you can find the subcompact drill w/2 battieries for $80....$160 for both, and you end up with 4x batteries and 2x chargers.

thats $20 more than the drill driver combo kit w/ two batteries for $140 posted earlier.
