This is a terrible, unsafe design. Read the many 1-star reviews. The back also appears very short (an common issue with many cheap benches), so there is no support for your head.

Very misleading photo about the size of the back rest. The mfg name says it all.

If your serious about a bench I would save up for an Ironmaster bench. Expensive at about $400 on sale but well worth it.
