For those that are Costco members they have a 6 x 4.4oz pack for $7.69 ($3.30 off) through January 18. $15.38 for 12 vs the above Amazon.

Yes, this is a terrible deal compared to Costco's Wild Planet sardines (which do not have lemon in them, which makes them much more versatile). Also remember both varieties (OP and Costco Wild Planet) are SKIN ON/BONE-IN (which some people, especially newbies, associate with fishy/funky flavors), unlike the Seasons brand which Costco also sells much cheaper than OP, which are skinless/boneless.

I can't do this brand as they are always mushy, not firm, and don't taste right. . Most come from Thailand and no way compare to sardines from Morocco, Portugal or Spain which are the best. Favorite brands: Nuri (Portugal), Minerva (Portugal), Oritz and Matiz (Spain), El Minar (Morocco) and probably my all time favorite, and Season (Morocco). All of these are firm very tasty. Now I know what I'm having for dinner!
