I have this and it doesn't clamp tight one the valve so it leaks air. I have to push into the valve to stop the air leak

Me too -- need to hold it on the valve, so it's a two-hand operation. Happy to have it, but buyer beware.

Have had this for several years now and use it with my Dewalt compressor. It's really nice and accurate. Takes batteries. Not chargeable.

I had this for awhile and it worked great.... until I left it in the rain. Thanks OP, grabbing a new one because of my stupidity. Pair this with a Haltec H5265 chuck for a better connection (not currently on discount)

Same here. Not a deal breaker but this aspect falls short for sure.

Agree. Was disappointed the valve clamp does not seal as well, also have to use 2nd hand. Still worth it.

looks like an rebadge product (what isn't these days), so may not be that big a deal. here's $16 normal price:

still tempted since the Lowe's one I got from SD has been run over a bit...

edit: same price (less with coupons) on Ali too for completeness:

edit2: $9 for a different color:

Had it for a few years. It can be a two hand operation but sometimes it clamps well enough without having to hold the valve stem. Would certainly recommend.

Ditto, but you can buy replacement chucks if you like. I replaced this fussy one with one that screws on and supports both types of bicycle valves. (Which was stupid because I never have to deal with presta valves and now it's something I need to be careful not to switch to accidentally; be smarter than me)

Most clip-on heads leak. Swap the head with $8 Blackburn Anyvalve Air Bleed Pump Head #7105025. The part number for head with air bleed is 7105023. Works with Presta and Schrader valves up to 120 psi. Tight seal with locking lever. Lifetime warranty.

Kinda sucks... when adding air, psi reads wayyy high. You have to let off the trigger to get the actual value. Really tedious to dial in an exact pressure because you have to keep starting and stopping.
