I actually love trapper hats! Have 'em in all colors. Never seen one with a built in light. Perhaps may be useful for tradesman working outdoor or hunters.

Love the built in head lamp as it is one less thing to have separately strapped to your head. Any chance it has a reflector or rear red light? Makes it much easier to avoid getting run over.

I have something like this but with real fur. It is incredible to do outside chores when it gets below 0F with wind. It's actually too hot for "normal cold temperatures" lol. If you're really in the market for this type of hat for extreme cold temps, there is an amazing difference in warmth between real fur and artificial fur.
