500 tablets of extra strength acetaminophen is $6.99 at BJ's and possibly a little less at Costco or Sam's if you have a membership.

Edit: I see the one posted by OP is rapid release, so for a better comparison BJ's has 400 tablets of rapid release generic for $12.99
