These are my favorites to open boxes, just handy to have around, and about 8 now, 1 in each car, 2 in the rv, 2 in the house and 2 in the garage.

one of my buddie got charged for having a pocket knife in his gloved department and it was a pocket knife .. my State laws also says anything under 4 inch is legal to carry but has to be carry on the outside or else you get charged with conceal carrry ... I'm assuming this falls under conceal carry also , just don't wanna catch a case, lawyers aren't cheap.

The $4 has no liner lock, which might make it more permissable in some areas. Carabiner loop makes sense for "Open Carry."

The OP design locks open.
