Given the recent price of memory - the 16GB in this is what makes it a deal!

I prefer a layout where the left edges of the touchpad and the spacebar line up, so Lenovo's touchpad placement doesn't work well for me. With this placement, I end up sitting off‑center relative to the laptop, which feels unnatural.

If you are not a natural typer and look at the keys when you type, then you probably cant use this is low lit or dark rooms if you needed to type. Say you were gaming late and wanted to type a message, well if you dont use home keys and look at the keys when you type, you cant see what to press. ...If that makes sense.

I don't understand why so many laptop PCs has num pad. Ended up with a cramped, off-center keyboard and touch pad.

Without USB charging in 2026, it's a hard pass!

Totally agree with above comment. I'm not a type writing export and have to look at the keyboard while typing and without backlit, I can't use it at night in the dark room, that's a big inconvenient for me. I would pay extra for backlit keyboard.

Good catch, that off center touchpad is wired on Lenovo's and not useful.

Overall good specks for the given price point with some not so good things like as said by the other user above, off center touchpad, no backlit keyboard and while AMD Ryzen7 5825U is good but not as powerful as AMD Ryzen AI7 350(This one is way powerful for AI processing).

who in the F makes a laptop without backlit keys in 2026???

this is an absolute must-have and I can't believe that a keyboard without them even exists anymore. that's like having a phone without a flashlight feature. ridiculous
