Not exactly. Costco has the standard "Free and Clear" and NOT in XL. This is Odor Refresh which is the updated version of Tide Hygienic Clean. So it has additional cleaning/antibacterial ingredients vs standard Tide.

I was able to select the 45 count FOR THE SAM PRICE. Not sure why they are doing that, but try it.

I avoid all pacs as they have too much detergent. I like liquid or powder so I can control the amount. Less detergent has been tested and it is actually better to use less than more. But that works against sales and profit so the CPG companies try to get consumers to use more.
