How does this compare to Sunlu PLA+ 2.0 or Sunlu High Speed PLA+ 2.0?

Elagoo has been working great for me. Just make sure to dry it out first.

I bought 10 of the white spools a few years back and they've printed very nicely (with the standard drying before use and storing in a drybox, obviously.)

Anyone else use these in their AMS without adapters and have any issues? I know a lot of people claim there is "cardboard dust" that builds up but I'm curious if that is a real issue or not. I've used these several times before hearing about that but didn't have any issues with them and didn't notice any cardboard wear on the spool edges.

Do you use the Bambu default generic settings?

I've used it on the textured PEI plate at the default settings with good results.

I'm currently trying it with the BIQU CryoGrip Pro Glacier. I set the print to use the Smooth PEI plate as is recommended and have had to raise the plate temperature to 93 degrees.

I asked a similar question on Reddit, several people chimed in by commenting that majority companies are using glued edges so the "cardboard dust" is no longer a concern. Given that, if you want to be cautionary, use electrical tape on the edges. FYI, if you decide to dry a cardboard spooled filament, put the electrical tape after the drying process has completed.

Thank you for the response and 🖕 to the two downvotes who had the nerve to blindly downvote an honest question without bothering to explain or educate. Instead you are just lazy aholes apparently.

Anyway, I didn't know about the glued/treated edges but that's good to hear. I have since printed a couple of the edge adapters but even those are annoying because you might need slightly different sizes for each different brand. Which is why I was asking if it's even really needed as even before that I never noticed any "cardboard dust" or any obvious wear on the spools themselves, the main negatives I've seen people say about cardboard.
