I purchased one before and they covered the dell top with a giant dell sticker as their way of refurbishing. I complained because it was A grade and got more off. Computer works great still though.

Got mine today, the condition is very good for refurb. I'm having trouble telling it's used at all from looking at it. It has one minor scratch about 1/2 inch on the bottom of the laptop. I'll report back on battery health.

Got it two days ago, booted it up last night. At first the screen dimmer didn't work, the wifi didn't show up at all, bluetooth mouse wouldn't connect. I used an ethernet cable, and it took a little while to do all of the updating and in the process all of the issues resolved on their own. It works fine and is in great condition.

Got mine had tons of issues, asked for replacement, one after other issues, returning 3rd one as it heats up & reboots . Thoroughly disappointed
