Good price but make sure you dry this well before using. I've had luck running Elegoo PETG right out of the vacuum bag without drying but not this Overture.

Nothing I've seen says Overture has anything to do with Polymaker. This keeps getting mentioned, but nobody ever has anything other than they read it somewhere else. I've used their PETG before and didn't like it. I do like their other stuff though.

Love the brand but can't speak for PETG. ABS & PLA is top notch with Overture. YMMV

Not a fan of Overture PETG. Kingroon PETG is cheaper on Aliexpress and better from my experience. Sunlu is even better if you can catch a good sale.

Does overture print as glossy as it looks on those spool photos or less shiny like the sample model they are using lol?

Same, where is this info coming from? I've owned filaments from both companies and they are VASTLY different. Overture generally requires drying, more tuning, cannot print fast, inconsistent tolerances and colors, etc. This came out at the same time other Chinese companies on Amazon did like DURAMIC and CC3D. Polymaker branded stuff has always been great for me, the MC Inland with the diamond/hexagonal windows is all Polymaker, I never have to dry that stuff. Unless something with the formula or companies has changed, I will always pick Polymaker over this stuff.

I love their pla pro, matte, and TPU but not their petg. Even with drying, it comes out inconsistently with all three of my printers ( A1, P1S, P2S). It's also too glossy for my liking. Thanks for filament post however, always looking for a good sales.

Dry it first and know that thjs is incredibly shiny filament.

It's in their US trademark filing: https://uspto.report/TM/88426161/...821090905/ They're using polymaker.com email addresses.

Been printing with PCTG recently (from 3Dfuel) and have been really impressed. It's way more expensive than this deal, but figured I'd mention it since it doesn't seem to be mainstream yet. Just mentioning this before because I find PETG rather pointless when there is a much better alternative (price aside).
