*What I don't care for is that you cannot return it to the store, if not satisfied. They have the number to call WM to set up a return.
*I see a 1-star review complaint (with a picture) that the seller refused to honor warranty for someone that the seams split within 6-months on one side. And it obviously looks like poor workmanship.
Complaints about it sagging, uneven lumps, coils hurting back.
EDIT the item description changes between the firm and plush option. plush has an additional Oeko-Tex Standard 120 certification but removes mention of "no fiberglass". furthermore their replies for their 1-star reviews state that buyer pays return shipping. i'm more hesitant now
