This compact USB C rechargeable mini light stands out as a tiny flood light with real everyday utility. It throws a broad beam rather than a tight spot, has two brightness levels plus blinking, and is bright enough for dark basements, staircases, and night deliveries. The removable carabiner, clip, magnet, and hat clip make it easy to attach almost anywhere, and the small footprint is a big plus. The main knocks are that the clip can break over time and some versions are not magnetized. A handy pocket light if you want flexible hands free use.

The magnet and hat clip design supports hands-free use for tasks like night deliveries.

The lights provide flood-style illumination with two brightness levels plus blinking for quick area visibility.
jazzpants
The removable carabiner and multiple fastening options help keep the light compact and easy to attach.
SlickShoes707
USB-C charging and reported runtime with a small USB power bank make the light practical for portable use.
chi
The lights can be used as pocket tools for checking dark holes and pipes.
corvato

The clip can break off eventually, which reduces how handy the light feels during everyday carry.
speeedbump
The lights may not be magnetized, which can limit attachment options compared with other versions.
wbs3333
The lights can be a clearance-dependent purchase, so availability may vary by store section.
softrider
Some buyers express concern about whether the lights might leak.

Common Questions (4)

It has two brightness levels plus a blinking mode, and the 200-lumen output is enough to light up a dark basement or an unlit staircase. The beam is more of a spread/flood light than a tight direct beam, which makes it better for close-area visibility and hands-free tasks.
The-Mentalist jazzpants TriState
Yes. It includes a magnet, a hat clip, and a removable carabiner, plus two clip styles on the back for fastening to clothing or gear. The removable carabiner also keeps the light smaller when you want a more compact carry.
SlickShoes707 dolittlemoore wbs3333
Yes. It can clip to a vest, jacket, couch, or other surfaces, and the magnet adds another mounting option. That makes it useful for deliveries, quick inspections, and other tasks where you want light without wearing a headlamp.
SlickShoes707 BamBam74 CleverPlant844
The thread shows prices from $9.88 down to $3.50 depending on clearance and location, and one purchase rang up at $7.90 instead of the shelf tag. It may be worth checking the clearance section or local store pricing before buying.

I got this 2 pack for $14.88 before Christmas, I was pleasantly surprised. Has a good weight so it can be used as a weapon. Plus supports USB-C. I connected it to a 10mah USB power bank to see if it might work while cycling, and it lasted almost 2 days!! Pretty crazy.

I have several of these and love them. Only complaint is that the clip breaks off eventually. Still useful, but not quite as handy once this happens.

Thanks for the info, do you happen to know if they will charge with USBC to USBC cable from a PD charger? Or do you have to use a USBA -> USC cable. Thanks!

Charged up a set and I am surprised at how bright these lights are. Didn't test to see the time to full discharge, but I like how it can cycle light modes to extend battery life. I tested this on an unlit staircase and it easily lit up the area well.

I like the idea of previous poster to leave one at each door. Can easily see these being useful on an evening walk for instance.

This seems to be the clearance price if you can find them in your clearance section. Otherwise looks like they can deliver them directly to you for the $9.90 price (I'm seeing over 800 available for next day delivery in my area).

Rang up cheaper (7.90) than the price tag. Weird. Nice.
Defiant brand not too bad. Also got 2 olight type keychain lights at 4.00 each.

I saw those too, the 75lumen ones. Grabbed a couple. The only down side is that they are not magnetized.

Found a few sets in East Hanover, NJ today at $3.50 each. Dollar cost averaging since I started at $7.90 a set. 😀
Couldn't resist given how great these lights are.
