Clamping Voltage is what matters and it's not specified which means it's probably not acceptable. Joules mean very little. Best Clamping Voltage is 330v. Anything more is not as good though 400v is sometimes acceptable.

Hmm. Had a mini server rack I was gonna load with stuff and then run power to this and then to a reputable UPS. Think it'd be ok for that or nah?
