94596, and they're available at all stores near me. But some stores have them for $4.90 and some for $7.10
I use to work for Home Depot and target if it's not a national price or ad price prices very by store.Ive even seen on Walmart.com the food is cheaper sometimes by location case in point. My store in the county was out of a lot of items so I change location for delivery and the prices were cheaper the steaks were $4 bucks cheaper the ,progresso soup was on sale for .99 usually 2.20 and juice and other are sometimes cheaper as well.
They have all the Anvil stuff all in one place, some are on clearance and some aren't. The lady I ask clearly know people are asking for them pointed me to where they are. Tape measure, these pliers, some screw driver set, wrenches are all on sale. Picked up the tape measures today.
Might go grab a pair since I may be halfway to a home depot later today.. and I wanted to keep some in a car kit.
That's a good idea I already have a good pair buy I never thought about putting a in the car. That way I don't have to run the to get them or if you are away from home as well At this price why not.

I use to work for Home Depot and target even Clearance prices very.if it's not a national price or ad price it can very by store.
Picked these up when I was in town yesterday. They're not Irwin Vice-Grip quality, but they're okay for an extra set to keep in my car tool box at this price. Thanks OP.
You really think there is a factory called "Anvil" that makes all of those tools? Of course not, each tool comes from a different factory and is made to different specs to meet a price point.
There are built decent with nice material and no slop. Even the finish is nice. These are much better than the open bin ones at HF which sell for around $4 each, more equivalent to their packaged Bremen line which sell for twice that.

Nice deal. FYI (for those who can't find them) I found them in the standalone bins that sit in the middle of the front row (not the aisles - e.g., "Aisle 5, Bay 010"), but the row that includes the Customer Service desk, Pro desk, regular checkout stands, etc.
Also, the military discount didn't apply to this deal; I picked up several different sets with the "Anvil" brand name, all on clearance, but only the 2-piece 6" plier set (slip joint pliers, long nose pliers) allowed the military discount. $2.88, minus 10%.
