I purchased batteries from these guys last Oct (slickdeals deal) and they came is a damaged DeWalt box that had clearly been opened previously. I don't know if the batteries were previously returned/used or refurbished but I would recommend against buying from these folks.

I just bought a 6ah at HD with a charger. However it's an in store purchase at locations who are running this special pricing. Good thing is if you check the app or site, you'll be able to see if your local store is doing it and if there's stock.
