I've had one of these for years. Not bad for someone who wants to get into fitness or is limited on space.

Just make sure you measure head room above your door frame. I made the mistake of only measuring door width and now I can't pull all the way up unless I tilt my head sideways. It's good for stretch hanging though.

I've had one for years, but stopped using it after fully building a gym in my basement.

Jokes aside, it honestly makes a great hanger in our laundry room haha. We can hang our comforter on it so it can dry without being on the floor.

Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank

Be warned a lot of door frames these days can't support the weight of a body. Still, this thing is surprisingly versatile. Push-ups, dips, etc. I got in a whole body workout with only this device and body weight, doing a deck of cards routine.

man I've had one of these for like 15 years. I use it now for occasional pushups. The doorways in my home now don't even have the space for it.

I guess these were better in the past, newest reviews don't sound exciting

I find these all the time because people end up throwing it away when they move. I have two of these lol. Check local goodwill, marketplace, etc or something you probably will find one that people want to get rid if you want to get it for almost free.

This one costs $10 more but is of higher quality. Adjustable in both length and depth. Supports heavier weight.

Pretty safe if your door is framed properly.
