I've tried 0.1%, 0.2%, and 0.7% (this product)

I prefer 0.1% so I can apply 2x/day. I've read (and seen some studies from Japan) of 0.2% 2x/day, which works better. 0.7% came out like a sticky thicker liquid, didn't like it and didn't seem to work much better than 0.2%. I wish I could use 0.2% 2x/day but from what I've read the main concern is the common eyedrop preservative present in tiny amounts, so using it more times a day could be bad for the eyes.

Original prescription strength is 0.1% (twice a day) or 0.2% (once a day). This is the first time I've seen 0.7%. Of course, one should use the lowest effective dose, but I have eye allergies so bad they sometimes lead to migraines and eye infections. I've tried the lower doses, but they aren't always completely effective.

Seems a little risky to use something that's 700% of what was formerly prescription strength. Anyone familiar with the side effects/potential downsides of using this med at such a high strength? I hate to take risks with my eye holes.

This is a great deal, even cheaper than Costco.
Unfortunately I have to use this year-round and was getting low.
Thanks OP!

Make sure to double check your cart at the last stage of checkout. I'm only getting 5% off, even with subscribe and save, though I do have the 25% off coupon.

I would use just once a day with this one instead of twice a day for lower strength

I remember when this stuff was like $120-150 PER BOTTLE when it was Rx and since it went OTC it's 1/10th the cost for TWO BOTTLES.

The original Rx strength was 0.2% for once a day (Pataday) and 0.1% (Patanol) for twice daily but there was also an extra strength version 0.7% (Pazeo).

Coupon worked for me. This is what my PCP recommends for my very bad allergies each spring.

Lastacaft is technically better, but this is close to my wholesale cost.
