The 3-1/4-1/5-1 (- = in) come rear facing to 40lbs then you switch it, I think that's the limit with the 360

I have one and it's so nice compared to a regular car seat. Love the agility to turn the baby for easier loading.

The car seat that you're thinking of is the "infant car seat". Your infant will quickly outgrow that and you'll have to transition them to a "convertible car seat". They'll need to remain rear facing for some time.

This car seat and other similar rotating ones make it easier for the adult to secure the child before swinging them to rear or forward facing. I have 2 Evenflo 360s in each of my cars and recommend them. Just fyi, they do take up extra room. We've made it work with a small adult in the middle...just depends on the car you have.

I had one of those but my baby outgrew it. It was nice but once he got to 20lbs having to put him into the car seat became hard for my wrist. The game changer for me was this car seat and having the ability to rotate. Sooooo much easier to load the baby and he likes it too. He thinks it's a game every time I reposition the seat lol
