No pics included with the legs zipped off, but based on the bend in the knee, people will expect you to start into a rendition of YMCA wearing these as shorts…

I have a pair of these. They feel a bit on the thick side compared to other hiking pants I have, which when you consider they are convertibles makes it a bit odd because it means they aren't as good in the heat as some of my other pants. That said, this is a great price for the quality you get.

Certainly these won't be a good idea for bagpacking hikes where every oz matters

Too much cotton, won't dry quickly in soggy terrain.
