If you need a small tool box that you intend to keep stationary, this will work. It holds things fine. I use it for my screwdrivers and wrenches and a few misc. The downside is the size. Most tool enthusiasts would be better off looking elsewhere, just because of capacity.

Had something like this as my first tool box many years ago. It is probably worth $85 if you don't have much in the heavy tool catagory.
