Action 4 is significantly worse camera than GoPro 13 in terms of video quality during day time. People make these kind of comparison but with all honestly they are just repeating what YouTubers are saying.

The gopro13 was shown to have even better video quality than the Osmo Action 5. The problems with the GoPro are mostly software issues and battery overheating. Most people want these action cameras to just WORK. That's why the dji's are generally regarded as better.

All GoPro models suffer from the unfortunate same defect. They all overheat. Also, their battery life is significantly worse that the competition.
