I bought them for this price in Nov. The price goes between $27 plus $10 shipping to $37 shipped. The set I got has had two fans start making noise which I'm assuming are the bearings.

They are normally $27 with a $10 shipping, so this is much cheaper. The 1 month ship time just went away, it's now free overnight with prime.
