I've bought several phones from vipoutlet. Many were att. Some unlocked fine through the portal. Others said they were still being financed. YMMV if attempted to get it unlocked.

They have no business selling phones that are still being financed. That's real shady.

These state they are brand new never used but in a damaged box

I purchased three orders from this seller, and unfortunately, none of them were as described. 2 orders were listed as "open box," but the phones were used and scratched. I also confirmed with the seller that they were unlocked, but they turned out to be locked.

For the first order, I received the refund on the last day eBay gave the seller to issue it (I believe it was eight business days after they received the returned item), and only after I messaged them about it. The other two orders are still waiting for a refund.
