No idea if this is a good price but short of a robot coupe this is the best food processor you can buy.

I know virtually nothing about food processors, and this would be a YMMV, but stopped by to post that my fiance picked up a Cuisinart Custom 14-cup food processor in store at Walmart today on clearance for $164. Again, no clue if that's good/bad etc, but the sticker said that was $65 off the previous sale price.
