The 4,000 sq ft bag is on clearance at my local store for $3.60. Great price to prep for spring!

Isn't grass easier to grow there? There is much humidity in the air keeping the plants hydrated vs the dry areas such as in California.

Thanks, picked up 4 bags at $7 a bag.
They also had bags of GrubEx 14.35 lbs. 5,000 sq. ft. Season Long Grub Killer for only $3.00 a bag! Got some of those too!
Lots in stock in NE Ohio.
